It's here!

Hey ALL! I just received my package from Leslie! Thanks so much! This has really been a ton of fun, and although I kinda stayed quiet and this in only my 2nd swap ever, I am so in for more!
So, Leslie, was so awesomely considerate in not sending any candy temptations that would interfere with my diet. The ornament is awesome! Going to look great on my tree!  She sent me a cute snowman table topper, some holiday keelnex, (so perfect for this time a year and so much softer than a napkin from Sonic lol) a note pad, some berry scented tea lites (yummy)some flavored teas and a Pampered Chef recipe book!
Thanks so much! XOXO
Please stop by and say hi on my blog!
Toodles, for now!

All The Vintage Goodness

Woohoo! I received my package (last week) from Jen. I feel so lucky to be the one to receive all of this wonderful vintage sweetness! Thanks Jen!

and here's what I made for my partner Sherry

you can see the post I did about the swap on my blog HERE

How did She KNOW???

Well I got my darling box of swap goodies yesterday and I am still squealing with delight! Oh Sherry How did you know how much I love the little birds? This is a fabulous ornament I absolutely adore! It's like you visited my home and made something just for me!

We have a tradition that started a few years ago, my kids discovered a few boxes of old red birds in Santa hats in my workshop and decided to hide them all over in the Christmas decorations. So we're always playing I Spy with the birds. Here is the precious mouse in a walnut Sherry sent along spending some quality time with one of the famous birds :) My brother saw the mouse in a walnut and tried to steal him! We love it because it reminds us of the walnut holding baby jesus ornament our great grandmother made that hung on our tree as kids!

And here are the sweet felt mice with candy cane tails that Sherry hand sewed so beautifully, just too cute! My kids have each claimed one and hidden them away.

And last but not least the perfect christmas dishtowel, I always need these!

Sherry you did amazing! Love it all, just perfect!
Thank- you so much and Merry Christmas!

An Enchanting Package

I was so surprised when I received a package in the mail the other day and it was from one of my sweet friends, Missy. Missy and I have been blogger friends for over a year now and I have always loved her work.

Missy sent me a beautiful dish towel that she made, some peppermint bark that Missy and her daughters made....and it is really good!!!

Then she sent
the most adorable little fairy doll. She reminds me of the little fairies that were in storybooks when I was little. I LOVE her so much. I have a special spot for her in my china cabinet after Christmas....she is just to pretty to put away!

and hopefully my partner will get my package today.
Here's a little peek at the main ornament.

FORESTY CUTENESS

A box of magical enchantment arrived at my house today - My goodies arrived from my super sweet swap partner Ramie!!!

I LOVE them..........an absolute bundle of cuteness.

All packed into the enchanted tree tin was a perfect little bundle of prickles - a knitted hedgehog!!! (Until a couple of months ago, I was the proud mom of a real live one..) To keep him company were 2 little owlets all snuggled into their little owly hammocks...so cute.

I have big plans for the friendship tea, chocolates and pine candle..........I'm thinking bubble bath with some Christmas music playing in the background....

It all came securely packed with some bright, shiny red tinsel...........love it!!!

Just look at those faces!!!

Thank you so much Ramie - i love it all.

Val thanks so much for organizing this swap - i can't wait for The Year Of Enchantment!!!

Elfin Goodness!

What a sweet box!

Got it Friday, a little box full of tiny trinkets - including some really cool vintage coasters! (I think that was my favorite thing, besides the chocolate of course...)

Thanks Jenny!
