with an "oink here, and a oink there"....

Last Saturday I went to my partner Susan's house here in Utah and we exchanged pigs...So now I have two friends in Utah and both of them are in this group..It was so fun to sit down and talk to a real live person....She actually lives about a block away from my sister Julie so I am sure we will see each other more. Her daughter Spring, is also in our group and she was there too cutting out a gazillion invitations on her cricut...
Susan has a sewing room that is so fun to look at. One whole wall is bins with patterns. Pretty cool stuff. It made me want to go home and sew clothes. She also has a teacup Pomeranian that is the cutest thing I have ever seen. This is coming from someone that really doesn't appreciate little dogs. When she wants up on Susan's lap, (which I think is all the time) she actually does this little skip thing in circles which is sooooo adorable. Susan also re does furniture and I found out that a store I loved had a lot of her things in it for sale. How cool is that?
We both got a kick out of our pig packages....She actually made me two and then had her daughter help with a third and wasn't going to give me the first two.... I talked her out of them! So I got the three little pigs!!!!!!!! Love em all......Right after I am done I am going to hang them on my purple tree.....

She also made me the cutest pig kitchen towel and potholders....I go through them like crazy so it is the perfect gift. Arent the pigs she and Spring made cute? She also found a tiny little toy pig in a teacup, a pink flashlight and some rasberry white chocolate kisses which I ate right away as I have no self control.

She put it all in this cute storage boxes and gave it to me...I love these boxes, you can hide so many odds and ends of things in them. I have to tell you all though, the best part of the swap was making a new friend and I look forward to having someone to hang out with!!!! thanks again Susan for your thoughtfulness and making me feel very welcome in your home...xoxoxox
