It's the prefect time of the year for some voodoo! I've had fun creating these voodoo dolls. I brainstormed, sketched then went to work to create something for my partner. The first one(the black one on the right) had a design flaw, it falls over when you're sticking pins in it. I wanted a pincushion that you could easily put pins in while you're sewing, so this guy didn't work out. No worries, I named him Melvin and he's joined my band of misfits on the bookshelf. I had time for a redo, so made the yellow doll using scraps from another project. I still had some ideas floating around in my mind, so I created another voodoo doll this weekend. I'll be mailing out my voodoo package this week, I just have one last tuck-in to finish this weekend. Hold on partner, it will be on it's way soon.
Now I need to get cracking on my zombie doll for the challenge. I have a brain made for my zombie but that's all I've done so far. I finally watched World War Z last night so I'm in the zombie making mood again.
